The certificate required for export has an expiration date of 14 days from the date of issuance, and the goods must leave (be exported) within this validity period.
In other words, after deducting 7 days for our preparation and delivery, the customer is required to depart from Japan with the goods in the next 7 days after receiving it.
If any unavoidable changes in your schedule, please contact us at your earliest convenience.

In the following countries, we can export the plants by shipping and bringing in.

You can pick it up at your designated location, accommodation, or at the airport. If you would like to take the Bonsai as carryon baggage when you depart from Japan by plane, the airport will be a convenient place for picking up. If you have any other preferable receiving address, we will do our best to meet your expectations.
